What actually happens
A shuttle collects you and drives you to the Agadir cable car station at the base of the old kasbah hill. You ride the cable car to the top, take in the panoramic views over the bay, wander the kasbah ruins briefly, and ride back down. The shuttle returns you to your starting point. That is essentially the entire experience. One to three hours, depending on how long you spend at the top.
